WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE DAY-TO-DAY TASKS OF A CSR/TSR
- Answering incoming calls from customers
- Sorting out customers’ inquiries or requests
- Ensuring that customers’ requests are managed in an appropriate and timely manner
- Developing, organizing, and maintaining accurate files
- Maximizing different Concentrix and client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
- Delivering a high caliber of service in a friendly, confident, and informed manner
YOU ARE A PERFECT FIT FOR THE POSITION IF YOU
- At least HS/SH graduate with or without BPO experience
- Have good English communication skills
- Have excellent customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Have superb computer skills
- Are willing to work in shifting schedule
