WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE DAY-TO-DAY TASKS OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
● Answering incoming calls from customers
● Sorting out customers’ inquiries or requests
● Ensuring that customers’ requests are managed in an appropriate and timely manner
● Developing, organizing, and maintaining accurate files
● Maximizing different Concentrix and client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
● Delivering a high caliber of service in a friendly, confident, and informed mannerYOU ARE A PERFECT FIT FOR THE POSITION IF YOU
● Have at least six (6) months BPO experience
● For applicants without BPO work experience – At least 6 months Face to face customers service-related job experience.
● Have good English communication skills
● Have excellent customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
● Have superb computer skills
